A turquoise kurta in chanderi, a cotton and silk blend, embroidered with leafy floral sprays in pink and pale gold metallic thread around the notched round neck and at the hems of the three-quarter sleeves. It is cut in a gentle A-line and falls below the knee to a straight hem with side slits, has no pockets, slips on and is lined. It comes with straight pants in the same chanderi on an elasticated waist, with scalloped hems edged in gold, and a soft pink chanderi dupatta with scalloped edges outlined in gold thread and small beaded tassels. Loose fit. Dry clean only. For festivals, pujas and evening celebrations.
