The name
Cambay is the old English name of Khambhat, a port at the head of the Gulf of Khambhat in Gujarat. For centuries, ships from its harbour carried Indian cloth to markets across the Indian Ocean.
Our pieces come from the same coast, from our supplier in Surat, a city in southern Gujarat known for its textile trade.
What we sell
Most pieces come in sizes S to XXL, and a few come semi-stitched or free size instead. Prices run from $99 to $269 CAD.
Each product page lists its own sizes, colours and material, with a size chart where we have one.
Who we are
Cambay is run by AuraByt Inc., in Brampton, Ontario. We are the only seller on this site: every order is sold, packed and sent by us, from Brampton to addresses in Canada.
For now we ship within Canada only, and orders are priced in Canadian dollars.
