A straight kurta in off-white chanderi, its front embroidered with rows of crescent-shaped motifs in gold-toned thread and small sequins. A band of the same embroidery frames the V neckline and runs down to a short notch, and the sheer three-quarter sleeves end in wide embroidered cuffs with a fine sequinned edge. The back is plain. It falls just below the knee, with a straight hem and side slits. It comes with wide straight pants in off-white cotton, with an elasticated waist and an embroidered band at the hem, and a sheer off-white chanderi dupatta with embroidered borders and a sequinned edge. For festive lunches, pujas and family celebrations.
